Great and absolutely perfect position in a good area.

The units are immaculate, huge.

It's 15 mins walk to the centre.

I appreciated its rooms and food, nice building. Welcoming stuff made my stay a such great experience. The location was magnificent and handy, in a good area, the garden was beautiful. Had some takeaway meals at Jade Garden, set minutes from the hotel, I could n't resist. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Maidstone.

The windows didn't open, so I had a personal sauna situation going on. Seemed like I was melting into my pillow, not quite the relaxing vibe I wanted!

The rooms feature spacious layouts with stylish bathrooms that provide a good level of comfort, especially notable upon entering. The breakfast experience in a dedicated area adds a touch of relaxation to the stay, even if a bit cramped at times with cleaning staff around.

Rooms lack adequate storage solutions. With only a hanging rail available and insufficient lighting, it's not ideal for travelers needing to organize clothes. The ambient noise from traffic and late-night guests in the garden detracted significantly from the sleep experience. Despite some redeeming features, the lack of attention to noise and storage were nice.

We had a lovely stay in a comfortable room, enjoyed the good dinner promptly served despite the busy restaurant, and were impressed with the great quality of the breakfast coffee.

Miller & carter has a good location right next to the city centre. Our room was lovely and spacious. The evening meal was quite enjoyable, and our waiter was attentive and friendly.

My stay here was good, especially with the lovely nearby Maidstone Museum and the beautiful Queen Victoria Monument within walking distance, perfect for exploring the city's charm, and the staff's warm welcome made my experience even better as they were professional throughout my visit.

Clean room, free parking, great restaurant, but wi-fi was very unreliable.

Great spot for a cozy stay

We had a pretty good time here! The staff were super friendly, especially Steph and Beverley who made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was large and comfy, a plus. Just a heads-up, the breakfast timing wasn't clear and I almost missed it. The steak at the restaurant was nice, but a bit gristly on the edges.

I stayed in a family room and found the breakfast absolutely delightful, with large portions and great taste. The location near the town center made it easy to explore attractions like Brenchley Gardens and Mote Park, which I really enjoyed. the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, and the noise from the nearby road made it a bit tough to get a good night's sleep.
